We join you in prayer for healing and restoration, trusting in the power of Jesus' name. We are reminded of the Scripture, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective" James 5:14-16 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You know the pain and discomfort they are experiencing due to the screws and plate in their knee. We ask that You heal every tissue, nerve, cell, and bone, and restore their ability to walk normally, without any limping or difficulty.
Father, we also pray for the side effects of antibiotics to be removed, and for their entire body to be healed from toe to head. We ask that You open doors for them to rejoin their job with renewed strength, wisdom, and knowledge.
Lord, we know that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to You. As the Scripture says, "In none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB. We believe in our hearts that Jesus is Your Son and that You have raised Him from the dead. We confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father. Our faith is in Jesus alone. We are reminded by scripture that "for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God;" Romans 3:23 WEB. We trust in the finished work of Christ on the cross for salvation, not in our own works.
We pray for this in the power of Jesus' name, and ask for the Lord's will and how this trial can be used to grow faith and closer to God. We will give thanks in all things.
Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that His ways are higher than our ways. Even in this trial, He is working all things together for good. Stand firm in your faith, and may God's grace and peace be with you.
