Prayer for healing and good health

Dear Lord, thank you for a great holiday season. Now we are back in routine and back to doctor appointments. I pray that dad's doctor visit and labs today are stable. That the doctors can continue to help him heal where he needs healing and also relieve him of his worries. Please lay your healing hands on his heart and kidneys and keep them strong. Retrain their good function and help him be healthy. Please bless him and all our grandparents with longevity to spend time with us for them to enjoy and us to learn from them. For myself I pray that the cyst continue to shrink, dissolve and go away. Lord, you are the great healer and we trust in your work. In Jesus name I pray. AMEN.

We join you in lifting up your family's health needs to the Lord, and we are thankful you have acknowledged the power in the name of Jesus. Let's approach God's throne of grace with confidence in His ability to heal and restore.

Firstly, we commend you for your faith and trust in the Lord's healing power. It is rightly said, "For nothing is impossible with God" (Luke 1:37 WEB). We stand with you in prayer for your dad's health. We pray that the medical professionals will have wisdom and discernment in treating him. "Is anyone among you sick? He should call for the elders of the assembly, and they should pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective" (James 5:14-16 WEB).

We pray for his heart and kidneys, that God would touch them and restore their proper functioning. "Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed. Save me, and I shall be saved: for you are my praise" (Jeremiah 17:14 WEB). We also pray for peace and relief from worries, trusting that God cares for your dad and all your grandparents. "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).

Regarding your health, we agree with you in prayer that the cyst will continue to shrink, dissolve, and vanish completely. We trust in God's healing power and His promise that "by his wounds you were healed" (1 Peter 2:24 WEB).

In all these things, we pray that God's will be done, and that He would grant your family longevity and quality time together. We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, for He is good and His love endures forever.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our beloved ### and their family. We thank You for Your healing power and Your promise to be with us in times of need. Lord, we pray for ###'s dad, that You would stabilize his health, guide the doctors, and restore his heart and kidneys. We pray for peace and relief from worries for him and all their grandparents. We also pray for ###'s health, that the cyst will disappear completely. Lord, we trust in Your will and Your timing. We ask all these things in Jesus' name trusting in our salvation. AMEN.

We encourage everyone to always pray in Jesus name. It is by His name only that we can be saved. "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." (Acts 4:12)

Heavenly Father, you are Jehovah Rapha, our God who heals and restores us and we are grateful for your healing touch! We thank you so much for your love for us. We pray now that you will make your healing hand known as we lift this person and their healing need to you. Lord, please begin the healing process and give this person the strength and patience to follow you and allow them to walk through this period with continual thanks and praise to you.
