Prayer for healing and breakthrough

Please please pray for me to be healed from muscle spasms on my right arm and shoulder. This has affected me so much for the past month.
Secondly I have set my plans on a farming project and I pray for breakthrough with my plans. I pray for strength and this sickness to leave my body so I can focus. I have been having sleepless nights in pain and agony. Please help pray. Please help me get delivered.

Let each of us be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle we each live.
