Praying for this request in Jesus Name.
We are deeply saddened to hear about the passing of the dispatcher and the grief that the guys you know are experiencing. In times like these, we must turn to God for comfort and strength. The Bible tells us, "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted" (Matthew 5:4 WEB). Let us pray together for them and their families.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up these grieving men and their families to You. Lord, the passing of their colleague has left a void, and they are in deep pain. We ask that You be their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB). Comfort them as only You can, God. Remind them of Your faithfulness and love, even in this difficult time. Give them the peace that passes all understanding, and help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (Philippians 4:6-7, 1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
Lord Jesus, we also pray for the salvation of these men if they do not yet know You. May this tragic event stir in their hearts a desire to seek You. You are the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in You, though they die, yet shall they live (John 11:25 WEB). Help them to understand this truth and come to faith in You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

If they are not yet believers in Jesus Christ, share the hope that is found in Him alone. As the Bible says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). It is only through Him that we can find true comfort and eternal life.
