We are truly sorry to hear about the situation you are facing and the pain you are enduring. First, we want to remind you that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea. Psalm 46:1-2 WEB.
We want to encourage you to cast your burdens on the Lord, and he will sustain you. He will never permit the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22 WEB.
We are concerned about the description of the relationship of the lady and your father. This is a reminder that God designed marriage to be between a man and a woman. We should flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB.
We also strongly emphasis and remind that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12 WEB. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.
Know this your Heavenly Father cares for you and your situation. Therefore, we encourage you not to fear and remind you that God will fight for you. You shall not need to fight in this battle. Set yourselves in array, stand still, and see the salvation of Yahweh with you, Judah and Jerusalem. Don't be afraid, nor be dismayed: tomorrow go out against them; for Yahweh is with you. 2 Chronicles 20:17 (WEB).
Let us pray together.
Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ lifting up our brother/sister in Christ. We thank You for Your goodness and faithfulness in their life. Lord, we pray for Your protection and guidance in their situation. We ask that You intervene and stop this woman from trying to hurt them and their family. We pray that You would bring peace and hope to their heart, and help them to trust in You even in this difficult time. We pray that the woman be blessed and guided into your truth and justice that she may repent from her current actions.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, we leave you with this reminder, Beloved, don't be astonished at the fiery trial which has come upon you, to test you, as though a strange thing happened to you. But because you are partakers of Christ's sufferings, rejoice; that at the revelation of his glory you also may rejoice with exceeding joy. 1 Peter 4:12-13 WEB.
