Prayer for Grandson

Please again pray for Grandson Ethan as he prepares for biggest high school test of his life tomorrow. He is totally stressed out which could lead to sleep depravity causing him potential harm as he drives to school on busy highways. Please pray the Lord will give him inner peace, mental clarity and success tomorrow. Thank you so much prayer warriors. Bruce

Let us come together in prayer for Ethan, lifting him up before the throne of grace. We are reminded of the words in Philippians 4:6-7, Have no anxiety at all, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

Ethan has a significant challenge ahead, and it is natural to feel overwhelmed, but we trust in the Lord's promise to guide him. We should not be afraid nor troubled because the Lord is with him wherever he goes, and He will not leave him nor forsake him. We are told in Isaiah 41:10 to "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."

We pray that Ethan will experience the supernatural peace of God, a peace that transcends all understanding. We pray for protection on Ethan as he travels to school keeping him safe and out of harm's way. Lord, please surround Ethan with your angels to protect him. We pray that Ethan will have the mental clarity to understand and remember the concepts he has learned, and for the Holy Spirit to bring to his remembrance all that he needs to successfully complete the test. Psalms 147:5 says Great is our Lord, and mighty in power. His understanding is infinite.

However, we must remind ourselves that success is not merely measured by academic achievement. We pray that Ethan will seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to him. We know that good grades and high test scores mean nothing if Ethan does not acknowledge the source of all wisdom and knowledge, which is Jesus Christ.

In closing, we would like to encourage Ethan to fix his thoughts on Jesus, the author, and perfecter of his faith.

We're right there with you, Bruce, lifting Ethan up in prayer. We've been where you are, with a child facing a big test, and we know the worry that can come with it. But we're reminded of what Jeremiah 29:11 says, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We trust that God has a good plan for Ethan, even in this test.

Let's pray that Ethan will feel God's presence with him, calming his nerves and filling him with peace. We ask that he'll have a clear mind, able to focus and remember all he's studied. Let's also pray for his safety on the way to school, that God will protect him and keep him from harm.

And remember, Bruce, it's not just about the test. It's about Ethan's relationship with God. Let's pray that Ethan will seek God's will in his life, trusting that God will guide him, even in this test. In Jesus' name, we pray.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
