We are truly saddened to hear about the decline in Jagir Singh's health.
In times like these, we must remember Jesus taught in Matthew 18:19-20 WEB: "Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them."
Jesus did not come to the world to remove pain and suffering completely, as much as we wish he did. Suffering produces endurance, character, and hope, and hope does not disappoint us, because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us. Romans 5:3-5 WEB.
Since we have Jesus, who became like us and suffered in our flesh, he understands all we go through. When we go through suffering, he is merciful and provides us grace to help in time of need. Hebrews 4:15-16 WEB.
In John 14:27 WEB Jesus taught peace is what we need: "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."
So, we join our faith together with you and pray.
Dear Lord Jesus, you know Jagir Singh's condition and his family's concerns. We ask, Lord, that you would show your love, comfort, and mercy to him and his loved ones in this difficult time.
Lord, we know there is no sickness or trial that can come without your knowledge or control. Lord, show your grace, love, and peace in this time. If it is not your will for Jagir Singh to recover, please take him peacefully.
In Jesus' name, we pray and thank you. Amen.
Let us pray and leave everything in the name of Jesus. God cares for us and he cares for you. God bless.
