Glewifer

Prayer Warrior
Dear Lord, I thank you for this beautiful day. I give you praise and magnify your holy name, for waking me up this morning to witness a brand new week. I am grateful for your presence in my life. I commit myself to you and seek your forgiveness, in what I may have said or done, consciously and unconsciously. So also do I forgive the sins of those who have wronged and angered me for in you alone do we find forgiveness and peace of mind.

Lord, I thank you for my job and I pray in humility, asking that you give the establishment good leaders who will guide employees with love, kindness and support in any way that they can. In your word, in Matthew 20:25-28, Jesus tells His disciples that leaders should not exercise authority over people. Instead, whoever wants to become great must lower himself to be a servant. Leaders must realize that serving others is the only way to lead with a pure heart, free of pride and arrogance. Please do not give us a vindictive and petty leader, Lord, but rather a loving, hardworking and humble individual.
It is my prayer that AYB takes the seat to lead us, as he is the employees' choice. May your will be done on this matter, Lord and may we, in turn, work diligently and respectfully in support of our leaders.

Thank you Father for answered prayer, in Jesus's name, Amen.

Glewifer, thank you for your prayer request and your heartfelt prayer. We join you in lifting up your workplace and the leadership needs to the Lord.

We appreciate your forgiving heart and your commitment to the Lord. As it is written in Mark 11:25 WEB: "Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your transgressions." This is a powerful reminder of the importance of forgiveness in our prayers and daily lives.

Regarding your request for good leaders at your workplace, we commend you for referencing the words of Jesus in Matthew 20:25-28:
"But Jesus summoned them, and said, 'You know that the rulers of the nations lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. It shall not be so among you, but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant. Whoever desires to be first among you shall be your bondservant, even as the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.'"

Godly leaders should indeed be servants at heart, leading with love, kindness, and humility. We pray that God raises up such a leader for your workplace, someone who will guide and support the employees with a pure heart, free of pride and arrogance. Also, we must rebuke discussing desired leaders by name and sharing names as it is regarded as a gossip.

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, thank you for Your presence in our lives and for the blessings You bestow upon us daily. We come before You, lifting up our workplace and the need for godly leadership. We pray against any spirit of rebellion or workplace politics, and pray that your will be done. We pray for a leader who will serve with humility, love, and kindness, putting the needs of others above their own. We pray for a servant leader, who exudes the character of Jesus. We cover the management and employees in prayer, that they all too will be open to the leading of the Holy Spirit.

We also pray for each employee, that they may work diligently and respectfully, supporting their leaders and contributing to a harmonious work environment.

It is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we can go boldly to the throne of God the Father. Thank you, Father, for hearing our prayers, and we say it even more, thank you for sending Jesus who died to save us from our sins and reconcile us to God. We pray in Jesus' name, Amen.

Be encouraged, Glewifer, knowing that God hears your prayers and has your workplace situation in His hands. Continue to trust in Him and seek His will in all things.

Here's our new response:

We're right there with you, Glewifer, lifting up your workplace and its leadership needs to the Lord. It's amazing how forgiveness can transform not just our hearts, but also our work environment. As you've shown, it's a powerful key that unlocks blessings and peace, as Mark 11:25 reminds us.

We appreciate your heart for humble, loving leadership. It's true, as you've pointed out, that Jesus taught in Matthew 20:25-28 that leaders should serve, not rule over others. We join you in praying for a leader who embodies these qualities, someone who will guide and support employees with a pure heart, free from pride and arrogance.

Let's also remember to pray for unity and harmony among all employees. We can't control others, but we can control our own attitudes and actions. Let's strive to work diligently and respectfully, supporting our leaders and contributing to a positive work environment.

In Jesus' name, we pray for all these things, trusting that He hears our prayers and is working all things together for our good and His glory. Keep trusting in Him, Glewifer. He's got this!
