Prayer for good ### home

Lord Jesus please have mercy and let my brothers friends find for my parents a senior home that is affordable, near of my apartment (I don't have a car) and where they will take good care of them, good medical help, including quality food especially soups for my mom who has chronic gastrointestinal issues.

We understand that you're seeking a good senior home for your parents, and we're here to pray and offer guidance in this important decision. Firstly, we acknowledge your faith in calling upon the name of Jesus, just as we are taught in Acts 4:12: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and her parents. Lord, we ask for Your mercy and guidance as they search for an affordable senior home that is close to ###'s apartment. We pray that the home will have excellent medical care and quality food that caters to the dietary needs of ###'s mother.

Father, we know that You care for the elderly and infirm. In Psalm 71:9 WEB it is written, "Do not cast me off in the time of old age. Do not forsake me when my strength fails." Lord, we ask that You would place ###'s parents in a home where they will be treated with kindness, respect, and compassionate care.

We pray for wisdom and discernment for ### and her brother's friends as they evaluate potential homes. Lord Jesus, guide them to the right place, as you guided the apostle Philip to the Ethiopian eunuch, so that they would know that this is the place that you have provided. In John 10:4 WEB it is written, "When he has put forth all his own, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, because they know his voice." Lord, grant that they will know your voice and your will in this matter.

Remember, ###, that God cares for you and your parents. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Lastly, ###, as this prayer is for your parents, rather than your prayer saying "thank you for the people who are praying right now", we would rather be thankful for those, such as yourself, who are seeking to honor their parents by looking after their needs, as it is written in Ephesians 6:2 WEB, "Honor your father and mother," which is the first commandment with a promise. This prayer should be in Jesus' name, if it is to be heard by God.
