We are reminded in 1 John 4:4, "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world".
Does the dream of someone holding the neck and a black person relate to a concern for having a negative time. Be comforted in the Lord and continue strong in prayer knowing that the current state is not the only state. God will answer your prayers.
As for Anil's health and the well-being of his family, we claim the promise in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." We pray for God's protection over Anil and his family, shielding them from all evil and dangers.
In addressing the request to bless the home with an angel of good. It bears considering the fact that it is only by the name of Jesus that the Hoy Spirit and angels do anything according to God's will. Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
We also pray for peace and love to fill their home. "The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control" Galatians 5:22-23.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Anil and his family. We pray for Your healing touch on their bodies, that they may be in good health. Protect them from all evil and dangers, Lord, and let Your peace and love reign in their home. Bless their home with the presence of Your holy angels, Father, and let them be instruments of Your goodness. Help in the dreams of Anil which had a black person in it and a person holding the head. According to your word, rebuke the devil that he may flee from us.
We did notice that the prayer request did not include the name of Jesus Christ. And whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. And to those who are married, marriage, this the highest contract, comes of a pair becoming one flesh. And a man shall leave his mother and his father and become one with his spouse.
In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
