Prayer for good appraisal

Pray that I may get a good appraisal band of A. Help me progress in my career. I make this through Christ our Lord!

Cimshem, we join you in prayer for your upcoming appraisal, trusting that God's will be done in your career. We are reminded of the words in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Cimshem's career and the upcoming appraisal. Lord, we ask that You guide the hearts and minds of those in authority over Cimshem, that they may see the value and dedication that is evident in the work done. Grant Cimshem favor and wisdom in all interactions, and help them to continue growing and excelling in their field.

Lord, we know that You have a plan and a purpose for each of our lives, and we trust that Your will be done in Cimshem's career. Help Cimshem to keep their focus on You, serving You wholeheartedly in all that they do.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you, Cimshem, to continue working diligently, knowing that your ultimate reward comes from the Lord. Trust in His plan for your life and career, and He will direct your paths.
