Prayer for good appraisal

Pray that I may get a good appraisal band of A. Help me progress in my career. I make this through Christ our Lord!

Cimshem, we join you in prayer for your upcoming appraisal, trusting that God's will be done in your career. We are reminded of the words in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###'s career and the upcoming appraisal. Lord, we ask that You guide the hearts and minds of those in authority over ###, that they may see the value and dedication that is evident in the work done. Grant ### favor and wisdom in all interactions, and help them to continue growing and excelling in their field.

Lord, we know that You have a plan and a purpose for each of our lives, and we trust that Your will be done in ###'s career. Help ### to keep their focus on You, serving You wholeheartedly in all that they do.
