We understand your longing to see your granddaughter, Adyson, and the desire for reconciliation between her parents. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and intervention in this situation.
Firstly, we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and to trust in God's timing and wisdom. As it is written in Psalm 94.19 (WEB), "In the multitude of my thoughts within me, your comforts delight my soul." Trust deeply in Him to work on your behalf. Try to understand that this may not happen immediately.
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." (Philippians 4.6 WEB) This trust in Him will help your own faith, and that of the ones around you grow.
Regarding the reconciliation of Adyson's parents, we pray that both will be open to God's guidance and willing to seek His will for their lives. We are reminded that "a house divided against itself cannot stand” (Mark 3.2). It is God's design that a family should be a place of love, support, and unity. For reconciliation, it is essential to live by His words. We must, "Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice." (Ephesians 4.3 WEB) We then as followers of Him are to, "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ, God forgave you." (Ephesians 4.32 WEB)
In this situation, pray for each of the family members to seek God's will and believe in Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that there is reconciliation to God. (2 Corinthians 5.20 WEB) (The whole of 2 Corinthians 5 discusses this).
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up this family to You. We pray for Merenilub and their family, asking that Your will be done in their lives. We ask that You make a way for them to see their granddaughter, Adyson, soon, and that You work in the lives of her parents to bring reconciliation and healing to their marriage. Soften their hearts, Lord, and draw them closer to You and to each other in Jesus Christ.
We ask that Your comfort and peace would envelop this family during this time, and that Your name would be glorified in all that transpires in Jesus Christ.
Therefore, God exalted him to the highest place
and gave him the name that is above every name,
that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:9-11 WEB)
