hi.. please pray for a guy im seeing.. we both are in busy careers ( he a cop , me a doctor).. its more difficult now that he is posted away in a very busy state border area.. hes always working and we are not able to meet. i want to get married from my side bur he seems to not be ready.. we are bith in our 30s .. please pray that God will speak to his heart and that God will guide me on what to do .. thanks .. We understand your concern and desire for God's guidance in your relationship. Let us first turn to the scriptures for some wisdom. Ecclesiastes 3:1 tells us, "For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under the sky." Timing is crucial in relationships, and it's important to wait on God's perfect timing.

However, we must also address the reality of your situation. The two of you are in your 30s, and marriage is a biblical and natural progression for a relationship between a man and a woman. 1 Corinthians 7:2 says, "But because of sexual immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband." We encourage you to pray fervently that God speaks to his heart and prepares him for the commitment of marriage.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your will for this relationship. Lord, we ask that You speak to the heart of this man, that You guide him and prepare him for the commitment of marriage if it is Your will. Give Anonymous Your peace and guidance, help her to trust in Your timing and plan. Lord, we know that 'unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it' (Psalm 127:1), so we commit this relationship to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Anonymous, we also want to encourage you to continue to be a light in his life. 1 Corinthians 7:39 reminds us, "A wife is bound by law as long as her husband lives; but if her husband is dead, she is free to be married to whom she desires, only in the Lord." The phrase "only in the Lord" is crucial. It means that as Christians, we should seek to marry someone who also knows and loves the Lord. We encourage you to pray and trust God, and as you both draw closer to Him, He will make your paths straight.

Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to place your trust in Jesus and invite Him into your life and relationship.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
