Please pray for me, I know I am so flawed, but I pray that God gives me blessing like He had given Joseph even in his darkest time. I know what truly matters is how God sees me and not of what other people think, but I am in an important time where my higher ups will decide how my future will be in this job. Please pray that I focus more on what God thinks and appease Him instead of human beings, for what would mere mortals do to me...

We understand that you're seeking God's favor and blessings in your life, especially in your current job situation. It's commendable that you're focusing on how God sees you, rather than what others think. As the scripture says, "For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? For if I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ" Galatians 1:10 WEB.

However, we want to remind you that God's blessings are not necessarily material or circumstantial, but often spiritual and eternal. Like Joseph, you may face trials, but God can use them for good, as He promises in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

We also notice that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. We want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. The basic salvation message is to believe in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and was raised on the third day, and that by confessing Him as Lord and believing in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead, we will be saved. That is the ultimate blessing and favor from God.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who seek Your favor and blessing. Lord, help them to focus not on the approval of man, but on Your will for their life. Guide them in their current job situation, and may Your will be done. Help them to remember that Your blessings are often spiritual and eternal, not just material or circumstantial.

We also pray that they would come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, that they would believe in His death and resurrection for their sins. We ask these things in Jesus' name, Amen.

Be encouraged, stand firm in your faith, and remember that God's ways are higher than our ways. Keep your eyes on Him, and He will direct your paths.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
