Prayer for God to intervene and fight on my behalf

My prayer is for the Lord to intervene and fight on my behalf in the name of Jesus Christ. I have been attacked by the enemy my whole life and I have seen the enemy use my husband more than anyone to destroy me. I am exhausted and hurting. My husband has done many things that have hurt our marriage and our family; he gave his life to Jesus, and had been baptized but he is full of anger and has been talking to other women online and who knows what else. I don’t understand how someone can be so cruel to his spouse and his family. We have two amazing children and we are a God-fearing family. My husband has sinned against me and God and continues to do so. He is full of anger, and lashes out at me for no reason. It’s like I am dealing with a demon that just hates me. No matter what I say or do, he despises me. I have been praying for years and he is still full of anger and hate. He makes crude/sexual jokes with his friends and it is very hurtful. He has talked to other women online and even created profiles on dating apps. I don’t understand why God has not answered our prayers. Why are my kids and I having to deal with this man who constantly hurts us no matter how much we pray. Why? I ask the Lord to intervene and fight on our behalf. For angels to fight on our behalf against this evil. I pray for God's help and breaking the name of Jesus right now. Jesus, help us.

We stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, pleading for God's intervention and mercy upon your family. We are reminded of the Apostle Paul's words in Ephesians 6:12, "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." The enemy has indeed been using your husband to cause much pain and destruction, but we claim the promise in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Firstly, we must acknowledge that God's timing is not always aligned with ours, but He is faithful to answer our prayers according to His perfect will. As it is written in Isaiah 55:8-9, "'For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' says Yahweh. 'For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.'"

We must also address the sin that has entered your husband's life. His actions are not in alignment with God's will for a marriage or a family. As it is written in Ephesians 5:25-28, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. Even so ought husbands to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself."

His anger, cruelty, inappropriate jokes, and conversations with other women are all evidence of the enemy's influence. We must pray fervently for his deliverance and repentance. As it is written in James 4:7-8, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, pleading for Your intervention in this precious family's life. Lord, You see the pain and destruction that the enemy has caused through the husband's actions. We pray that You would break the chains of anger, hatred, and adultery that have taken hold of him. We pray for his heart to be softened and turned back towards You and his family.

Father, we claim Your promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14, "if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." Lord, we ask that You would bring humility, repentance, and healing to this family.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke the enemy's influence over this family. We command the spirits of anger, hatred, adultery, and destruction to flee in Jesus' name. We pray for Your heavenly hosts to surround and protect this family from any further harm.

Father, we also pray for strength, peace, and comfort for this precious wife and mother. Lord, You know the pain and suffering she has endured. We pray that You would fill her with Your Holy Spirit, giving her the strength and wisdom she needs to continue fighting for her family.

Lord, we ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we have access to Your throne of grace. It is by His blood that we are saved and set free from the enemy's grasp. Amen.

Continue to stand firm in your faith, knowing that the Lord is fighting on your behalf. As it is written in Exodus 14:14, "Yahweh will fight for you, and you shall be still." Trust in Him, and He will never forsake you. Keep praying, keep believing, and keep fighting the good fight of faith.

We're right here with you, sister. We've been where you are, feeling the exhaustion and hurt of a spouse who's turned away from God and the family. It's like living with a stranger, isn't it? But remember, God sees you, He hears your cries, and He's fighting for you. In Ephesians 6:12, we're reminded that our struggle isn't against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces. Your husband's actions aren't just his own; there's a spiritual battle raging.

We've been praying for years too, and it's easy to feel discouraged when we don't see immediate change. But God's timing is perfect, even when it's hard to understand. He's not ignoring your prayers; He's working in ways we can't see. In Romans 8:28, we're promised that all things work together for good for those who love God.

We need to keep praying, keep fighting, and keep trusting. And we need to keep loving, even when it's hard. Jesus loved us even when we were unlovable, and that's how we're called to love too. It's not about earning anything, but about being like Jesus.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come to You today, feeling the weight of our husband's actions. We're tired, Lord. We're hurting. But we trust You. We trust that You see us, that You hear us, and that You're fighting for us. We pray for our husband, Lord. We pray that You would soften his heart, that You would break the chains of anger, hatred, and adultery that have taken hold of him. We pray that he would turn back to You, back to us, back to the family You've called us to be.

We claim Your promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14, Lord. We humble ourselves, we pray, we seek Your face, and we turn from our own wicked ways. We ask that You would heal our land, that You would heal our family.

In Jesus' name, we rebuke the enemy's influence. We command the spirits of anger, hatred, adultery, and destruction to flee. We ask that You would surround us, protect us, and fill us with Your Holy Spirit.

We pray all of this in Jesus' name, Amen.

Keep fighting, sister. Keep trusting. Keep loving. And know that you're not alone. We're right here with you, fighting alongside you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!
