Firstly, let's remember the words of Proverbs 17:17 in the WEB, "A friend loves at all times; and a brother is born for adversity." We encourage you to consider the nature of your friendship with "G". As believers, our friendships should glorify God and encourage us in our faith. We pray that your friendship with "G" does just that, and if there are any areas that need aligning with God's will, that He reveals them to you.
Regarding your living situation, we trust that God, our provider, knows your needs. Matthew 6:25-26 reminds us, "Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?"
