We understand that Kyroazmir is seeking prayer for their brother Lleyton, who is facing temptations and spiritual attacks, especially at night. We stand with you in prayer and offer biblical guidance to help Lleyton overcome these challenges.
Firstly, we commend you for turning to God's Word for help and the help and protection of The Holy Spirit. It is only through confession of sins and believing in Jesus Christ that we can overcome temptations. When we confess our sins, Jesus is faithful and just to forgive us of them and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. There is no other way. No amount of works equals the faith in Jesus.
Let us address Lleyton's situation. We are presented with temptations and spiritual attacks, especially at night. God assures us through His Word and experience as Christians so far as anyone will simply call on Him thru His Son Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ will provide, heal, and answer the request. We should never be afraid to call on Him. While it's important to pray for divine intervention, it's also crucial to apply biblical principles to resist temptations. We need to provide complete confidence in the Lord and His Word because as we submit to God and resist the Devil, he will flee from us. As long as we have any sins not confessed and repented of, which is simply submitting to God and turning your back of something, we can also be turned over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh that Jesus Christ may be glorified. A constant indulgence of Sin and not consistent repentance can also turn us over to a reprobate mind in which we are turned over to do those things which are not convenient as found in the Word and therefore know but do not care we are sinning, which is a dangerous place.
God calls us to be sober and self-controlled. Put on the full Armor of God so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil as outlined in Ephesians 6, verses 10-18. And in Continuation of this, be strong in the Lord and the power of His might. We are also reminded by His Word that the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak and He said we should also pray that the Lord would save us from falling into temptation and that He would deliver us from evil since His is the kingdom, and the glory, and the power.
Now, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father in the name of The Lord Jesus Christ,
We lift up Lleyton to You, seeking Your divine protection and intervention. We pray that You would grant him a spirit of power, love, and a sound mind, as stated in 2 Timothy 1:7 and that you would also take evil and temptation away from him when he asks and also not lead him into temptation. We rebuke any spiritual attacks that come against him, especially at night, and we ask that You would surround him with Your angels and the Holy Spirit to keep and protect him.
We pray and believe for his complete freedom from addiction that he has broken free from and seen by The Lord Jesus Christ in the name of The Lord Jesus Christ. Strengthen him through the power of Your Holy Spirit, so that he may resist and overcome all temptations in Jesus Christ.
We also pray and believe that Lleyton would continually put on and be sober and filled with the Armor of God that he would be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. We pray Jesus Christ that you would deliver him from the lusts of the flesh and the wiles of the devil and also from falling into temptation and that you would deliver him from evil since yours is the kingdom, and the glory, and the power as long as we believe in your good and resurrection of life after death from The Father in Him only since there is no other way and that He will be with us to the end of the world through The Father in Jesus Christ power and glorification. In The Name of The Lord Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.
Continue to encourage Lleyton to seek God's face, read His Word in all things with Jesus Christ at our side. As long as we have Jesus Christ at our side we will face adversity and win throughout life by His word in our lives. While this means even in the bad and good we must always do this. We must remind him also that he must put on his faith like a shield as he will be tested throughout his time with Jesus Christ with him in The Spirit and The Father in Jesus Christ.
