Prayer for forgiveness

Dear God,

Thank you for forgiving me even when I turned back to sin. I come to You with a heavy heart and I repent to You that I am very sorry for all my actions and bad habbits. Lord, please touch Glhen's heart. Please help him to let go any anger and frustration he feels towards me. I pray that he will forgive me like You forgave us. Please intervene in his life and give him the desire to work on our marriage. I pray that he stop looking for rentals and stop seeking divorce. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen Amen!

We understand your heavy heart and your desire for forgiveness, Aile. It's beautiful that you've turned to God, for He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins when we confess them (1 John 1:9 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up Aile and her marriage to Glen. Lord, we thank You for Your forgiveness and ask that You fill Aile with Your peace and reassurance. We pray for Glen, that You would soften his heart and release him from any anger or frustration. Help him to forgive Aile, just as You have forgiven us.

Lord, we ask for Your intervention in their marriage. Give Glen a desire to work on their union, and help them to rebuild their relationship on the foundation of Your love. We pray that Glen would stop seeking rentals and divorce, and instead, seek Your will for their marriage.

In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, restoration, and unity in their marriage. Amen.

Aile, we encourage you to continue praying for Glen and your marriage. Remember that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20 WEB). Keep trusting in Him, and He will make a way.

Lastly, we urge both of you to seek God's will together, for a cord of three strands is not quickly broken (Ecclesiastes 4:12 WEB). Surround yourselves with godly counsel and pursue a marriage that honors God.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
