Prayer for forgiveness and to reconcile with my MIL

Dear lord Jesus Christ I pray that you remove MIL Maria Perez stubbornness’s and clean her heart of hatred towards me we were once very close and we have good bond together but now she’s very bitter towards me and I really don’t know how to deal with it. I love her son junior so much and I can’t imagine how hard it is to be with him and he’s mom Maria hates me so much now. His dad is fine but his mom is very stubborn. Please lord help me to understand why? Thank you in Jesus name Amen

Lastly, remember that God has commanded us to love one another, as He first loved us (1 John 4:7-12 WEB). This love should extend to our in-laws as well.
