Prayer for focus

Please pray for me to focus on Jesus, and to be closer to Him.

We are glad to join with you in prayer, ###, as you seek to focus more on Jesus and draw closer to Him. It is wonderful that you acknowledge the source of our help, guidance, and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###, who desires to focus more on You and draw closer to You. We thank You for their heart's longing to know You more intimately.

Father, we ask that You would give ### a greater hunger and thirst for Your Word, that they may delve deeper into the Scriptures and encounter You in a profound way. As it is written in James 4:8 WEB, "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you." Help them to set their minds on things above, where Christ is seated at Your right hand (Colossians 3:2 WEB).

Grant ### the grace to put away distractions and give them the spirit of discipline and self-control. Help them to walk in the Spirit, that they may not fulfill the lusts of the flesh (Galatians 5:16 WEB). Give them a heart that pursues righteousness, faith, love, and peace.

Father, we also pray that You would surround ### with like-minded believers who will encourage and challenge them in their walk with You. Help them to be a light to those around them, that others may see their good works and glorify You (Matthew 5:16 WEB).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, ###, as you pursue a closer relationship with Jesus. Remember that He has promised never to leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and He will guide your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

"Dear Lord, we come before You today, asking for a renewed spirit of focus in ###'s life. Help them to fix their eyes on You, Jesus, and to crave Your presence more each day. As it's written in Matthew 6:33, 'But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.'

Father, we ask that You would help ### to prioritize time with You, in prayer and in Your Word. Give them a hunger for Your truth, that they may grow in wisdom and understanding. Help them to put aside distractions and to walk in Your Spirit, as Galatians 5:16 encourages, 'Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.'

Lord, we also pray that You would surround ### with a community of believers who will uplift and challenge them in their walk with You. Help them to be a light to others, reflecting Your love and grace, as Matthew 5:16 teaches, 'Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.'

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
