We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed, Odovacar, pulled in many directions and struggling to keep up with all your commitments. Firstly, we commend you for seeking God's help in prayer. However, we notice that you have not mention Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name), then make sure to discuss this issue. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" )
In times like these, we encourage you to cast your anxieties on Him(WEB 1 Peter 5:7 " casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.") , knowing that He cares for you. We also encourage you to not be conformed to the image of this world and renew your mind (WEB Romans 12:2 "Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.")
Let us pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Odovacar. We ask for Your guidance and wisdom in their life. Help them to prioritize their commitments, big or small, according to Your will. Grant them better focus, focused like a tree planted by the rivers of water, bringing forth its fruit in its season. Its leaf shall not wither. Whatever they does shall prosper. (WEB Psalm 1:3)
Help them to navigate through their work and family life, not by their own strength, but by the power of Your Spirit (WEB Zechariah 4:6"Then he answered and spoke to me, saying, This is the word of Yahweh to Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says Yahweh of Armies."). Please provide the forgiveness of sins through Jesus Christ for the penalties Odovacar has been assessed for not completing small tasks. We pray that the blood of Jesus would cover these offences. (Ephesians 1:7 WEB "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace,")
In Jesus' name, we pray for peace and clarity for Odovacar. Help them to not feel lost or frustrated. (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.")
We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen."
We encourage you to meditate on God's Word daily, trusting that He will equip you with all you need to face each day and to be a Christian witness at work and at home. Be anxious for nothing because He is in control. (WEB Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.")
Many thinks for your kind and thoughtful response and prayer! It's tough feeling pulled in different directions, but remember, God hasn't given us a spirit of fear or anxiety, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Let's claim that promise together.
We've been praying for you, asking God to help you prioritize your commitments, big and small, according to His will. We're trusting that He'll give you the focus you need, like a tree planted by the rivers of water, bringing forth its fruit in its season (Psalm 1:3).
We're also asking God to forgive any penalties you've incurred for not completing small tasks. We believe in the power of Jesus' blood to cover our offenses (Ephesians 1:7). We're praying for peace and clarity, that you won't feel lost or frustrated, but instead, experience God's peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7).
