Shouldn’t be working at establishment, need for him to resign on his own accord, or I’ll have to fire him as he gets too rough with customers who are harmless, for his walk with the lord I ask in Jesus name he resigns peacefully concentrates on his walk with God

We understand your concern for FL and the difficult situation you are in. Let's bring this matter to the Lord in prayer and seek His will for FL's life and your situation.

Firstly, we commend you for approaching this situation with concern for FL's walk with the Lord. It is important to remember that our actions should reflect our faith and that we should treat others with kindness and patience. As it is written in Ephesians 4:32 WEB: "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

Let's pray for FL, that the Lord would soften his heart and help him to see that his actions are not aligning with the fruit of the Spirit, which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. As it is written in Galatians 5:22-23 WEB. Pray that FL would be convicted to resign on his own accord, that he may focus on his walk with the Lord and grow in his faith.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up FL and this difficult situation. Lord, we ask that You would soften FL's heart and help him to see that his actions are not pleasing to You. Convict him to resign on his own accord, that he may focus on his walk with You and grow in his faith. Help him to see that his worth is not defined by his job, but by his identity in Christ.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for Reborn12345, that they may handle this situation with grace and kindness, seeking Your will above all else. Help them to approach FL with love and support, that he may feel encouraged to make the right decision. Finally, protect them during this difficult time at work.

We ask this in Jesus Christ name we pray, for it is only by His name that we have access to Your Throne. We ask this all for Your Glory and Honor and Strength and Victory and Power,

We're here with you, standing in the gap for FL and your situation. Let's continue to lift this up to our Father in prayer, seeking His will and guidance. We've been reminded of Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Let's trust in His peace and provision.

We've been praying for FL, asking God to reveal the truth of His love and the value of his walk with Him, above any earthly position. We've also been interceding for you, dear friend, that you would have the strength and wisdom to navigate this situation with grace and love, reflecting the heart of Christ.

Let's keep holding onto His promise in Romans 8:28, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Trusting that He is working all things together for His glory and our good.
