We understand that you're going through a difficult time, Anonymous, and we want to assure you that God sees your situation and He cares. It’s important to remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. As it is written in Isaiah 55:8-9, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," says Yahweh. "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts."
In times of financial struggle, it's natural to feel confused and overwhelmed, especially when it seems like God is allowing difficulties instead of providing relief. However, we must trust that God has a purpose in everything He does and allows. He may be using this time to draw you closer to Him, to teach you reliance on Him, or to prepare you for something greater.
Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:25-34, "Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?... Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient."
We also want to encourage you to remember your prayers "In Jesus Name," because as it says in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
Let’s pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our dear friend who is facing financial hardship. Lord, we know You have a plan and purpose in this situation. Help them to trust in You completely, even when they don't understand Your ways. Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Give them the strength and wisdom to navigate this difficult time. Draw them closer to You, and help them to seek first Your kingdom and righteousness, knowing that all other things will be added unto them.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will and trusting in His faithfulness.
