Dear Lord Jesus, please bless us financially we are moving into a house that is more than what we are paying now . We are stressed . Please give us calm and let us trust you Lord in Jesus name I pray, amen!

Thank you, Andree, for bringing your financial concerns to us. We appreciate that you acknowledge the Lord Jesus in your prayer. It is only through His name that we can approach God the Father and receive His blessings. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words of Philippians 4:6-7(WEB):In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We are instructed not to be anxious but to bring our needs to God with thanksgiving. In your case, you've done well by coming to Him with your financial burden.

Now, let's address your concerns about the new house. It's important to ensure that this decision aligns with biblical principles. Consider these words from Matthew 6:25-34(WEB), Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? ...for your heavenly Father knows that you need all of these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Don't be anxious for tomorrow...

While God wants us to have our needs met, He also wants us to live within our means and trust Him for provision. It's crucial to avoid financial decisions that can lead to excessive stress and debt, as the Bible warns against the love of money and debt in verses like Romans 13"8(WEB)Owe no one anything, except to love one another and Hebrews 13:5(WEB):...be content with what you have.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Andree and their family. Lord, they are in need of Your financial blessing and peace as they consider moving into a new home. We ask that You grant them wisdom to make the right decision, and if it is Your will, provide them with the necessary resources. Help them to trust in You completely, casting all their anxieties on You.
