Firstly, let's address the financial struggles. The Bible encourages us to trust in God's provision and to be responsible with our resources. As it is written in Matthew 6:25-33 (WEB):
"Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Regarding the workplace difficulties, the Bible instructs us to respond with love and kindness, even to those who mistreat us. As it is written in Romans 12:17-21 (WEB):
"Don’t repay anyone evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."
