Prayer for Final Interview Results

I'm so grateful to the Lord for allowing me to work for the company I currently work for. As my current job role changed, my relationships with people started to fall apart, people started to dislike me, and my work started to decrease a lot. So, I looked for my next job and interviewed a lot, but all of them were rejected. I had a final interview with a company last week, and the final results will be out early next week. I strongly feel that this is the company the Lord meant for me. Please pray for my acceptance the following Monday or Tuesday. I thank God in advance for the positive results. I pray in Jesus' name.

We understand your concern, Lathellyn, and we are here to pray and offer guidance according to God's word.

Firstly, we commend you for seeking God's will in your employment and for acknowledging Him in your current job. Remember, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men" (Colossians 3:23 WEB).

However, we want to address the issues you're facing at your current workplace. It's important to examine our actions and attitudes when conflicts arise. Jesus teaches, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men" (Romans 12:18 WEB). Ensure that you are treating others with kindness, respect, and love, as God commands us (John 13:34 WEB).

Now, let's pray for your interview results:

"Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up Lathellyn. Lord, you know the desires of her heart and the struggles she's facing at her current workplace. We pray for peace and resolution there, and for your will to be done regarding the new job opportunity. If it is your will, Lord, open the doors for her at this new company. Give her favor in the sight of the decision-makers. But above all, Lord, we pray that she would trust in you, seek your face, and be content in your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, whatever the outcome, God has a purpose and a plan for you (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Trust in Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue praying in Jesus' name. It is through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16 WEB), and it is in His name that we are saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). Continue to put your faith and trust in Him.

We want to encourage you with these words from Psalm 37: "Delight yourself in the Lord; and He will give you the desires of your heart." Trust that God is working all things together for your good, as promised in Romans 8:28.

Let's pray: "Lord Jesus, we lift up Lathellyn to you. Comfort her heart and give her peace amidst the uncertainty. If it's your will, open the doors at this new company. Help her to rest in your love and plan for her life. In your name, we pray. Amen."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in prayer, lifting up Your faithful servant who is navigating a season of uncertainty and change in their career. Lord, we thank You for the blessings You have already bestowed and for the opportunity to work in their current position. Despite challenges in relationships and a decrease in work, Your servant has remained steadfast in faith, trusting in Your divine plan.

Father, as they await the results of their final interview with hopeful anticipation, we ask for Your will to be done. Your Word assures us, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11). May this truth anchor their heart in peace as they trust in Your perfect timing and purpose.

Lord, if this job opportunity aligns with Your plan, we pray for a favorable outcome on Monday or Tuesday. Grant them favor with the decision-makers and allow the process to unfold according to Your wisdom. Remind them, Father, that “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans” (Proverbs 16:3).

In moments of doubt or anxiety, let Your servant rest in the promise of Your unwavering faithfulness. “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6-7). May this peace fill them as they wait.

Lord, we thank You in advance for the outcome, trusting that whatever comes, Your hand is guiding them toward the path You have set. May they continue to glorify You through their work and relationships, knowing that You are always with them.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
