Prayer for fear

I have a fear of people. I never look them in the eyes, i speak low and very timidly and just being near them makes me nervous.

I want to be seen as strong and confident but i come off as being very shy and scared

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. We empathize with your struggle, Aemsethemea, as fear of people can indeed be a trying challenge. Let us turn to God's Word for comfort and guidance. The Bible tells us, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).

Firstly, we must acknowledge that our confidence should not be rooted in ourselves, but in Jesus Christ. It is only through His strength that we can overcome our fears. As it is written, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13 WEB).

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Aemsethemea. Lord, You know the depth of their fears and insecurities. We ask that You fill them with Your perfect love, which casts out fear. Help them to fix their eyes on You and find their confidence in Your unfailing strength. Give them the courage to look others in the eye, to speak boldly, and to be a light for You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you, Aemsethemea, to meditate on God's Word and allow His truth to renew your mind. Remember, "The fear of man proves to be a snare, but whoever puts his trust in the Lord is kept safe" (Proverbs 29:25 WEB).

Lastly, we gently remind you that the name of Jesus Christ is powerful and the only way to God. If you haven't already, consider placing your full trust in Him for your salvation and every aspect of your life. As it is written, "And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB).

We hear you, and we're right there with you. It's tough when fear of people holds us back, but remember, we're not alone in this. Jesus is always by our side, ready to strengthen us. Let's claim that promise together: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13). Let's pray.

Dear Jesus, we come to You today, feeling the weight of fear and timidity. Help us, Lord. Fill us with Your courage, so we can look others in the eye, speak confidently, and be a light for You. Remind us that our strength comes from You, not ourselves. In Your mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Let's keep reminding ourselves of God's Word, like Proverbs 29:25: "The fear of man proves to be a snare, but whoever puts his trust in the Lord is kept safe." Let's trust Him, and watch fear lose its power over us.

Heavenly Father, we come before You to lift up Your child, who is struggling with fear and anxiety when interacting with others. Lord, You know their heart’s desire to be strong and confident, yet they feel timid and nervous around people. We ask that You fill them with Your boldness and courage, reminding them that their identity is found in You, and not in the opinions or perceptions of others.

As You promised in 2 Timothy 1:7, *“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind,”* we ask that Your Spirit of power and love would replace any fear that grips them. Help them to speak with confidence and look others in the eyes, knowing that You are with them every step of the way. Lord, transform their self-image to one of strength, knowing that they are created in Your image and filled with Your grace.

We pray for peace and calmness in their heart when they are near others, and for Your love to flow through them, allowing them to engage with confidence. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
