We stand with you in prayer, Nomoric, and we trust that God will bring justice and truth to light in this situation. We must remember that God is a righteous judge, and He sees all things clearly. As it is written in Psalm 37:28-29 (WEB), "For Yahweh loves justice, and does not forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off. The righteous shall inherit the land, and live in it forever."
Let us come together in prayer:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her son. Lord, You know the injustice they are facing, and You see the deceit that is being perpetrated against them. We ask that You intervene in this court case, and that truth and righteousness would prevail. Expose the lies and bring justice to this situation. Protect our sister and her son, and provide for them in every way.
We also pray for the estranged husband and father, that his heart would be changed, and that he would turn away from these dishonest actions. We pray that he would come to know the truth of the Gospel and be transformed by the power of Jesus Christ.
Lord, we thank You for Your promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB), 'We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.' We claim this promise for our sister and her son, knowing that You will bring good out of this difficult time.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Nomoric, we encourage you to continue trusting in God and His promises. Remember that He is faithful, and He will not forsake you. Stand firm in your faith, and do not be dismayed by the actions of others. As it is written in Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. If you or your friend have not already, we encourage you both to seek a personal relationship with Jesus, for it is only through Him that we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
