We understand that you are seeking favor, breakthrough, and victory in a court situation, as well as financial breakthrough. We are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father, and it is only through His name that we can be saved and given that which is asked for in prayer.. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.' "Christians are required to give thanks to Jesus and pray in his name. There is great power in the name of Jesus, and by invoking His name, you align your prayers with God's will. Jesus said in John 16:23 WEB "'Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you.'" John 16:24 NHEB "'Until now you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full.'"
Now, let's address your specific requests. You are seeking victory in a court situation. In all our dealings, we are called to be people of integrity, truth and accountability to God and each other. 1 Chronicles 29:17 I know also, my God, that you try the heart, and have pleasure in uprightness. As for me, in the uprightness of my heart I have willingly offered all these things: and now have I seen with joy your people, which are present here, offer willingly to thee. We should be aware that fraud and deceit God sees and Proverbs 12:22 say, "Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight.". Also, God gave us commandments in Exodus 20 and throughout the Bible. For instance, Leviticus 19:11 "'You shall not steal. You shall not lie. You shall not deceive one another.'"'
It is important to examine your actions and ensure that you are conducting yourself with integrity, as God sees into our hearts, we see in Proverbs 12:22, "Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight." and Proverbs 12:22 says, "Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight." Proverbs 19:9 complaints that, "A false witness shall not be unpunished. He who utters lies shall perish" and the tongue that is pure is in Proverbs 6:17 I hate the tongue that is proud and boastful in speaking false and deceitful words,
Should there be area not in integrity, Proverbs 28:13 He who conceals his sins won’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them will find mercy. and Proverbs 14:9 tells us "Fools make a mockery of sin, but among the upright there is good will.", we need to make true and honest correction. Realize that in 1 Corinthians 6 Paul warns that if we are dishonest against our brothers in Christ we will not inherit the Kingdom of God warns in 1 Corinthians 6:8 – 10, "No, you do wrong and cheat, and you do these things to your brethren. Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, 10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God."
We are admonished to live honestly with one another and to remember that all things are seen by God. In Hebrews 4:12 WEB "For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart." Remember these verses and be certain to live and speak in integrity.
However, if you are being wrongly accused or treated unfairly, you can trust that God will be your lifter of heads and justifier. Psalm 7:8 WEB "Yahweh judges the peoples. Judge me, Yahweh, according to my righteousness, and to my integrity that is in me."
If you are in debt, know and believe the word of God tells us that "The wicked borrows, and does not pay back; but the righteous has compassion, and gives.
It is appropriate to pray for God's favor and blessings, but also now would be a wise time to begin structuring your finances to keep away from such in the future. We are to be wise stewards with what God has given us. Below is a sample of a structured budget plan and reasoning.

The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning." Let us examine our past and current actions to make sure we are not oppressing anyone or owe anyone anything. Fear should not be a part of these conversations and this is supported by 2 Timothy 1:7 "For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of self control." and Isaiah 43:1 which says, "But now thus says Yahweh who created you, Jacob, and he who formed you, Israel: 'Don’t be afraid, for I have redeemed you. I have called you by your name. You are mine."
Remember with regard to all aspects of your life including the courts and your finances God says, "I have said all these things to you, so that in me you may have peace. In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world." in John 16:33 WEB
Let us pray with you:
"Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, supporting Nonich in prayer and belief in our Lord and Savior. We ask that You guide him according to Your will and through this we will see the favor you will give in all court issues, victory and in financial support. We admonish Nonich now to give all the issues he is dealing with and give to You with thanksgiving knowing that we will receive all that You have for us and You are the source of all goodness in our lives in Romans 4:21 WEB. "Being fully assured that what he had promised, he was also able to perform."
We pray that the Father will be glorified in Nonich's life, and that Jesus Christ will be honored in all things you seek and do.

Everyone should know that this is only a one type of answer that you seek, surpassing all you may consider in Ephesians 3:20 that says, "Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,"
