Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up ###'s friend in prayer. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 21:1, "The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will." We trust that You are in control of all circumstances, including this difficult divorce process.
Lord, we ask for Your divine favor to be upon ###'s friend as the court date approaches on July 16, 2024. We know that You are a God of justice and truth, and we pray that the truth will prevail in this situation. Your Word promises in Psalm 37:28, "For the Lord loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off." We stand on this promise and ask for Your righteous judgment to be manifest.
Father, we pray for restoration and recompense for everything that was stolen through lies, manipulation, and deception. Proverbs 6:31 declares, "But if he be found, he shall restore sevenfold; he shall give all the substance of his house." We claim this promise for ###'s friend, believing that You will restore sevenfold what was taken.
Lord, we also ask for peace and strength during this challenging time. Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us, "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Grant ###'s friend Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guiding and comforting through this process.
We thank You, Lord, that You are the Victor, and we declare victory in Jesus' name for ###'s friend. May Your will be done, and may Your glory be revealed through this situation. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
