Prayer for favor and protection

Over my position, please pray so I hear the news asap so I secure my position at work, I am sick and tired of uncertainty every year, please pray that God intervenes and straighten it out, other people have been taking and stealing my ideas who now is securing the position which is not fair, I am the righteousness of God, I know I need to walk in love but God also told us to be wise, walking in love doesn’t mean let everyone steal everything from me.

We understand your concern and desire for job security and recognition. Thank you for sharing this with us. God sees your situation and He cares about every detail of your life. Firstly, it is important to acknowledge God's sovereignty over all things, including our careers. As it says in Colossians 3:23 WEB Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men.

It is good that you acknowledge that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Walking in love is indeed a vital part of our Christian walk. Ephesians 5:2 WEB says Walk in love, even as Christ also loved you, and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for an odor of a sweet smell. It is also important to note that walking in love does not mean being a doormat or allowing others to take advantage of us. We are called to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves, as Jesus taught in Matthew 10:16 WEB.

Moreover, it is encouraging to see that you are looking for God's intervention. He is the ultimate judge and He sees all the injustices committed against you.

We also need to address that your prayer request did not mention or imply the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We encourage you to come to Jesus, believing that He is the Son of God and that He died for your sins and rose again, and you will be saved.

Let us pray together for your situation
Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear one who is seeking Your face for favor and protection in their workplace. They're tired of uncertainty and desire to hear good news about their position. Lord, You are the God who provides and who is able to make a way even when there seems to be no way. We ask for Your divine intervention, that You would secure their position and thwart the efforts of those who would seek to take advantage of them.

Lord, give them wisdom to navigate this situation, and help them to walk in love while also standing up for what is right and fair. We pray against any spirit of jealousy, manipulation, or deceit that may be operating against them. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for being a shield around them, You are their glory and the lifter of their heads. We ask for this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
