We understand your concern for your friend ### and we join you in praying for his recovery, health, and wellbeing. However, we must clarify that our prayers are offered in the name of Jesus Christ alone, as it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up ###. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we believe that all things are possible through You. We pray for a miraculous recovery for ###, that You would continue to bring improvement to his movements and restore his health completely. We stand in the gap for him, Lord, and we ask that You would fill him and his family with Your peace and presence during this challenging time. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying fervently for ###, believing in the power of prayer and the goodness of God. As it says in James 5:15 (WEB), "The prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
We also want to address that prayer should be directed to God alone, through the name of Jesus Christ. Praying to anyone else, including Fr. ### or any other saint, is not biblical. Acts 4:12 (WEB) tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Please join us in trusting God for ###'s recovery and always remember the power that is in Jesus' name.
