We understand that you're going through a challenging time with your family, Aeriyland. Let's bring your situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance according to His word.
Firstly, it's important to remember that God's design for marriage is clear: "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh" (Genesis 2:24 WEB). A man's primary allegiance should be to his wife and the family they build together, and not his parents.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Aeriyland's family situation. Lord, we pray for her husband, that You would open his heart to the importance of his role as a husband and father. Help him to understand that You have called him to love and support his wife, and to lead his family in a way that honors You (Ephesians 5:25).
Father God, we pray that Aeriyland's husband would learn to respect and value her as Your child, and as his wife. We pray that he would no longer be swayed by the influence of his parents, but would stand firm in his commitment to his marriage and family.
Lord, we also pray for Aeriyland. We ask that You would give her the strength and patience to endure this trial. Help her to respond with love and kindness, even in the face of adversity (1 Peter 3:9). We also pray that you would provide her with godly advice, counsel, and support.
Father, we pray for their children. We ask that You would protect them and help them to grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with You and man (Luke 2:52). We pray that Aeriyland and her husband would be able to present a united front as parents, and that their home would be filled with Your peace (John 14:27).
Lord, we ask that You would heal their marriage and restore their relationship. Help them to forgive each other and to walk in love (Ephesians 4:32). We pray that their marriage would be a testimony of Your redeeming power.
Lastly, Father, we pray that Aeriyland and her family would come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior personally. We pray that they would call upon the name of Jesus, who is the only one who can save them (Acts 4:12).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Aeriyland, remember that God is faithful. Trust in Him and His word. He is able to turn around even the most difficult situations for His glory. Be encouraged by these words from Romans 8:28: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Please keep your focus on the Lord and His word. Seek out a community of believers for support and guidance. And remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved (Acts 4:12) and that we have access to God the Father (John 14:6). If you have not already, consider inviting Jesus into your heart and life. That is the first step towards healing and restoration.
