Firstly, we rejoice with you as you pray for your family's salvation. This is a beautiful and crucial petition, as the Bible tells us that God desires for everyone to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:3-4, WEB). Remember, Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." (John 14:6, WEB). Continue to pray fervently for your family, as the Lord can touch their hearts and draw them to Himself. Even when it is only one believer in the household, the Lord cares, just as seen with Cornelius in Acts 10:1.
Concerning your personal request for Christian friends who will accept you and your disability, we want to encourage you to be a part of the Christian community. We will pray for God to bring people around you who can support you.
There will be a day when you will be saved from your disability. That day is sure as seen in Matthew 11:5, "The blind receive their sight, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have good news preached to them." (WEB). You may not be blind, lame, or deaf, but the same Jesus who healed those can heal you or use you as you are. He is the same yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 13:8).
It is important to know that God created you with a purpose. Take heart and continue to trust the Lord, God does not see your disability, but sees you as His child, the righteousness of God in Christ.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their family. Lord, we ask that You soften the hearts of their family members and draw them to Yourself, granting them the gift of salvation. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
