We understand your heart's cry for your family's restoration and unity. Let us come before God together, seeking His will for your family.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of Jesus' name. It is only through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
Let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up this family to You, asking for Your divine intervention. Lord, You have promised in Jeremiah 30:17 (WEB), 'For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, "This is Zion, whom no man seeks after."' We claim this promise for this family, Lord. Restore their relationships, heal the brokenness, and bring them back together in Your love.
Lord, we also pray for the children battling addiction. We know that this is a spiritual battle, and we rely on Your strength to overcome. As it is written in Isaiah 40:29-31 (WEB), 'He gives power to the faint; and to those who have no might he increases strength. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint.' Lord, strengthen these children, help them to resist temptation, and deliver them from this addiction.
Father, we also ask for wisdom and strength for the parents. Guide them by Your Holy Spirit, give them the wisdom to lead their family, and the strength to endure this trial. Remind them of Your promise in Isaiah 43:1-3 (WEB), 'Now thus says Yahweh who created you, [...] "Don’t be afraid, for I have redeemed you. I have called you by your name. You are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you. For I am Yahweh your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior."'
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, God is faithful, and He will honor your faith and obedience. Continue to trust in Him, and do not hesitate to seek godly counsel and support during this time. As a family, commit to praying together, reading God's Word, and seeking His will. The promises of God are yes and amen in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:20, WEB).
