Prayer for exploiting and stealing of skillset by employers through testing

I kindly ask for prayers as I prepare for an important phone call with Tafap to address the unethical exploitation of the MGG software. Tafap has refused to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) but is asking me to complete a technical test without offering any compensation. My concern is that they may be attempting to use my skillset and answers for their own commercial gain, as it was used by a lot of companies and resulted in not hiring because actually they don't have this position but use just technique to exploit the skills which their current employees do not know and after getting it and used inform their existing employees to use it without hiring. Please pray for wisdom and clarity as I navigate this challenging situation. May I find the right words to expose the exploitation and stand firm in my principles. I seek God’s guidance to protect my intellectual property and ensure that my skills are respected and valued appropriately. I also ask for strength and courage in confronting any injustice, while maintaining integrity and professionalism. Thank you for your support and prayers.

The Bible reminds us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him" (James 1:5 WEB). We also remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Trust that God is sovereign over all things, including your career and intellectual property.
