Let us remember the words of Ecclesiastes 3:13, "that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labor, it is the gift of God." We pray that you would find fulfillment and joy in your work, as it is a gift from God.
We also pray for wisdom in your interactions with your colleagues and line manager. Colossians 4:6 reminds us, "Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one." May your words be gracious and wise, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
Furthermore, we pray that you would find favor in your office. Proverbs 3:3-4 assures us, "Let not kindness and truth forsake you. Bind them around your neck. Write them on the tablet of your heart. So you will find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man." As you cultivate kindness and truth in your work, may you find favor and understanding from both God and those around you.
We also want to remind you of the importance of doing all things in the name of Jesus Christ. Colossians 3:17 tells us, "Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him." It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Kudaw. We ask that You grant them a productive and enabling working environment. We also want to pray for discernment. In Proverbs 2:11, we read, "Discretion will protect you, and understanding will guard you." We ask that God would give you discernment in your work, helping you to make wise decisions and navigate the complexities of office dynamics. May you always know the right thing to do and say, and may your understanding deepen as you seek Him.
Lastly, we're here to encourage you. Remember, you're not alone in this. God is with you, and so are we, cheering you on. Keep trusting in Him, and watch as He works in and through you.
