Prayer for employment

I am reaching out to ask for your prayers as I navigate through a difficult season in my life. I have been seeking employment for 18 months now and have faced many rejections, which has taken a toll on my heart and spirit. This is also affecting my wife. I believe that it may be a case of age discrimination as I am a senior. I am running out of finances. Please pray that God will open doors of opportunity for me, provide clarity in my search, and guide me to the right job where I can use my skills and grow. Pray for strength, peace, and trust in God's plan for my future, and for the Lord to give me favor with employers and grant me the patience to wait for His perfect timing. We are here with you, David, and we appreciate your faith in the power of prayer. Let's come together in Jesus name seeking God's will.The journey of unemployment can be challenging, and we acknowledge the emotional and spiritual toll it has taken on you and your wife. We also understand the financial strain you are under. We want to remind David from 1 Peter 5:7 WEB to cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you and Matthew 11:28 WEB Come to me all ye who are burdened.

Firstly, we want to address the issue of age discrimination. We know from James 2:1 WEB, " My brothers, don't hold the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ of glory with partiality." God does not show favoritism, and neither should the world. However, we understand that this is a reality you might be facing. We pray that God will open doors for you to find jobs where your skills are required and an employer is dedicated to for fair hiring practices. Remember Eccelesiastes 9:10 WEB encourages, Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in Sheol, where you are going.

We are grateful that in the mist of all of this that you have kept your faith and believe in the power of prayer. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. As we intercede for you and your wife, remember it is only through trials that you learn to depend on God.

Let's pray. Father thank you for your faithfulness to David and his wife who are in a difficult circumstance and that David is trusting in You during this difficult times. We pray for wisdom and guidance integrity as he navigates the job market, and we trust divinely made connections. Encourage his heart, especially when rejections come, and remind him that you have not forgotten him. We also pray for his wife that she be strong, encouraged and patient. We rebuke any depression and discouragement, in Jesus name. We ask Lord that you provide for his needs Lord. You know what he need and when he needs it.In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, David, and we want to lift you up in prayer. We know the uncertainty and stress of long-term unemployment can be overwhelming, but remember, God is with you every step of the way. In times like these, it's natural to feel anxious and discouraged, but we want to remind you of Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He sees your struggle, David, and He cares deeply.

We also want to encourage you to keep seeking God's will in this process. He has a plan for you, and it's important to trust that His timing is perfect. As it says in Isaiah 40:31, "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." Trust that God is working behind the scenes, even when you can't see it.

Let's also pray for your wife, that she would find strength and peace in these challenging times. We know that when one member of the family is struggling, it affects the whole family. Let's ask God to bless her with patience and understanding.

In Jesus' name, we pray for clarity and guidance in your job search, for God to open the right doors at the right time, and for provision in your financial needs. We also ask for strength, peace, and trust in God's plan. We believe that God will use this trial to draw you closer to Him and to help you grow in faith and resilience.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
