Prayer for Employment & Financial Help

Dear Heavenly Father, I pray that you can guide my fiancée in making the best decision as he is trying to go back to work from being off of worker's comp. His current job is giving him problems as he is trying to go back there. But he also have an option to get help from worker's comp to get a new job. I pray father God whichever job you feel fits him best let him end up with it. You know best. But we really need him to get back to work very soon, as we used all of our financial resources and we are barely making it. We are on the verge of losing things. So I pray for a breakthrough with work for him. In Jesus name I pray Amen!!

We understand your urgent need and we join you in praying for your fiancé's employment situation. Let's bring this before the Lord together.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that our prayers are heard by God. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you ask in my name, that will I do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it."

Regarding your fiancé's employment struggle, let's remember that God has a plan and a purpose for each of us. As it is promised in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working behind the scenes for your fiancé's benefit.

However, we must also address that in the Bible, God encourages us to be diligent and hardworking. In 2 Thessalonians 3:10 (WEB), it is written, "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.'" We encourage your fiancé to actively seek work, either at his current job or a new one, trusting that God will provide what is best.

Moreover, as you are on the verge of losing things financially, remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB), "Therefore, I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life... But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Trust that God will provide for your needs.

Lastly, we would like to remind you that as Christians, we are to strive for purity in our relationships. As you are not yet married, we encourage you to maintain boundaries that honor God. In 1 Corinthians 6:18 (WEB), it is written, "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our brother who is seeking employment. Lord, we ask that You guide him in his decisions, whether to go back to his current job or to seek a new one. We trust that You know what is best for him, and we ask that You provide a breakthrough soon. We also pray for their financial situation, that You would provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added to them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
