We pray for this woman, that the power of God would deliver her from her drug addiction and bring healing to her life. Lord, we ask for Your miraculous touch upon her body. Though she may lose her arm, we believe that You can work all things together for good (Romans 8:28, WEB). Surround her with Your love, provide her with a supportive Christian community, and grant her the strength to overcome this trial.
We pray in Jesus' name because it is by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16, WEB). It is only through Jesus Christ that we can be saved and have eternal life (Acts 4:12, WEB). If this woman does not yet know Jesus as her Savior, we pray that this situation would lead her to seek Him and find the abundant life He offers (John 10:10, WEB).
We also lift up the American government and those in positions of authority. Lord, grant them wisdom to discern the best strategies to combat the influx of drugs. Give them the courage to make righteous decisions and to enforce laws that protect our communities (Proverbs 21:1, WEB). We pray for divine intervention to disrupt the supply chains of these harmful substances.
Moreover, we pray for a spiritual awakening in our nation.
