We join you in prayer, asking God to open the door that He has planned for you. We trust that He has a purpose and a plan for your life, and we claim His promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you,' declares Yahweh, 'plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."" In Jesus name.
Remember, that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father. It is only by believing in the Lord Jesus Christ that we are saved.
We also pray for your financial breakthrough, knowing that God is able to provide for all of your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. Remember, however, that God's provision may not always come in the form of riches or instant financial abundance. He may instead provide for you in a way that draws you closer to Him, growing your faith and dependence on Him. Trust in Him, and do not put your hope in wealth, which is uncertain Matthew 6:19-20, but rather in God, who richly provides us with all things to enjoy 1 Timothy 6:17.
In this time of waiting, stay steadfast in prayer and faithful in serving the Lord 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. Seek God's will and trust in His timing. Be open to the doors He may be opening, even if they are not what you initially envisioned Psalm 37:4-5.
We also encourage you to be proactive in your job search, while still trusting God with the outcome. Pound the pavement, ask for referrals, take interviews, apply for jobs you are interested in. As it says in James 2:17 In the same way, faith is dead when unaccompanied by actions.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in need of a job and financial breakthrough. We ask that You open the door that You have planned for him/her, and guide his/her steps as he/she walks through it. Provide for all of his/her needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Give him/her the strength and patience to trust in Your timing and Your will. Draw him/her closer to You during this time, and increase his/her faith. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
