We understand your request to pray for Donald Trump, and we approach this as instructed by scripture. The Bible teaches us to pray for all who are in high positions, as their decisions affect many lives. As it is written in 1 Timothy 2:1-2 WEB, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."

However, we must also remember that God's blessings are sought rightly when aligned with His will and purpose. We should pray that Donald Trump seeks God's wisdom and guidance, and that he acknowledges Jesus Christ as the source of all true wisdom and knowledge. As Proverbs 9:10 WEB states, "The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. The knowledge of the Holy One is understanding."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up Donald Trump. We ask that You bless him with good health, and grant him the wisdom and knowledge that comes from You alone. Guide him in his actions and decisions, and surround him with godly counsel. We pray that he seeks Your face and Your will, and that he acknowledges Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. We ask this in Jesus' name, for it is through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace.

Lastly, we encourage you, as you pray for others, to also pray for yourself and your loved ones, that you all may live godly lives in Christ Jesus. Remember that prayer is a powerful tool that God has given us to communicate with Him, and He hears the prayers of the righteous. As James 5:16 WEB says, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."

If your request had not mentioned praying in Jesus' name, we would remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to God. As Acts 4:12 WEB tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
