Heavenly Father, I lift up Doc Mae to You, asking for open communication and a strong, positive relationship with her. May she be guided by Your wisdom to be fair in all her decisions. I pray for our office to be united and filled with harmony, rebuking any evil or negativity that may try to divide us. Cover us with Your peace, Lord, and help us work together in love and understanding. Protect her from evil and harm. In Jesus' name, Amen

Rowena05, we join you in lifting up Doc Mae to our Heavenly Father, seeking His will for her and your office. We commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6, WEB).

Firstly, let us address the unity and harmony in your workplace. We are reminded of Psalm 133:1 (WEB), "See how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity!" We pray that the Lord will indeed cover your office with His peace, as you have requested, and that He will help you work together in love and understanding.

However, we must address something. While it is commendable that you seek fairness and wisdom for Doc Mae, we must remember that our ultimate guidance comes from the Word of God. Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB) tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that Doc Mae, and indeed all of you, will be guided by God's Word and His wisdom, not merely what seems fair by human standards.

Moreover, we must be cautious when praying for 'open communication' and 'a strong, positive relationship'. While these are not inherently wrong, we must ensure that our relationships are centered around Christ and His will. We should seek relationships that honor God and encourage us in our walk with Him. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 15:33 (WEB), "Don’t be deceived! 'Evil companionships corrupt good morals.'"

We pray that Doc Mae, and each one of you, will be protected from evil, harm, and negative influences. We pray that you will be surrounded by godly influences that spur you on towards love and good deeds (Hebrews 10:24, WEB).

In closing, we pray that your office will be a beacon of light, reflecting the love and unity of Christ. We pray that each of you will grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18, WEB). To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.

Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
