Prayer for ### Divorce

Good Evening,
I come requesting prayer for our ###, our Daughter's separation and divorce.
They have been separated for a year.
Her soon to be ex-husband is a narcissist and he has been unreasonable in providing the asset documents needed to file divorce. His unfaithful behavior took a turn right in our daughter's presence. She was helping their daughters pack for a weekend. The suitcase he provided for them, when ### opened it she found a two hands-full of condoms. When he saw them he tried to make light of it. ### was glad neither one of her Daughters was in the room when she found them.
His accusations towards our Daughter don't have merit. He is disregarding how his behavior affects their Daughters.
They don't want to go to his house for visits. He is emotionally abusing the Girls.
I pray for God to make the way for the divorce to be finalized protecting the Girls rights to Child Support and for ###'s Spousal Maintenance.
I pray God to protect them from his anger and spiteful behavior, from the gossiping tongues and behaviors from their Grandmother and Aunt on his side.
I pray for God's perfect peace and Grace to surround them.

We are truly saddened to hear about the trials ### and her daughters are facing, but we are confident that God's grace and mercy will see them through. Let us first acknowledge that there are some serious issues happening here. God is clear that he hates divorce and that adultery is a sin. God also says that he will judge those who abuse others and especially children. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can ask God to intervene and make the divorce final so that ### and her daughters can move forward with their lives. We must have faith in Jesus, believing that he died for our sins and was raised from the dead.

The behavior of ###'s soon-to-be ex-husband is clearly unacceptable and sinful. The fact that he has been unfaithful and has shown no regard for the emotional well-being of his daughters is evidence of his ungodly character. The Lord expects us to be faithful in our marriages and to love and protect our children.

As challenging as this situation is, we should continue to pray for ###'s soon-to-be ex-husband that he may come to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. As believers, we are called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. It is clear that he is behaving in an ungodly manner, but we trust that God can change even the hardest of hearts.

But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, that you may be children of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust.

Prayer:
Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, asking for your intervention in ###'s life. Lord, we pray that you would bring this divorce to a swift and fair conclusion, protecting ### and her daughters from any further harm. We ask that you would provide for their financial needs, including child support and spousal maintenance.

We also pray, Father, that you would surround ### and her daughters with your perfect peace and grace. Protect them from the spiteful behavior of ###'s ex-husband and his family. Turn the hearts of ###'s ex-husband, his mother, and his sister away from their evil intentions and towards repentance.

Lord, we know that you can turn even the most difficult situations around for the good of those who love you. We ask that you would work all things together for good in ###'s life and the lives of her daughters. Strengthen their faith in you, and help them to forgive those who have sinned against them.

In all things, Father, we ask that you would be glorified.

May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.

We're here for ### and her daughters, standing in the gap with them through this difficult time. We've been praying for God's swift intervention, that the divorce may be finalized soon, protecting the girls and providing for their needs. We ask for God's grace to cover them, for His peace to guard their hearts, and for His strength to sustain them through each day.

We've also been interceding for ###'s ex-husband, his mother, and his sister. We ask that God would soften their hearts, turn them from bitterness and spite, and draw them to repentance. We believe in the power of prayer to change even the hardest of hearts.

Let's continue to lift them up, dear ones. Let's pray for God's will to be done in this situation, for His glory to be revealed, and for His perfect peace to reign in their lives. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
