Prayer for discharging from ICU

My wife Menaka has been ill for more than five days in which her fever does not go down and vomiting doesn't stop. We made various tests and the test result was that She got Dengue positive and suckling positive. Though the sickness is severe but she doesn't want to be in ICU ward and we too don't want her to be in the ICU . She is witnessing deaths around her so she is terrified and hopeless. Please pray for her that she may get discharged from ICU ward and may the lord have mercy and heal her. Please pray the lord God may help us. I pray in Jesus name the lord and the healer of all sickness . Amen

We are deeply concerned and saddened to hear about Menaka's condition. Let us stand with you in prayer, seeking God's healing and comfort for her.

Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promises for healing. In Psalm 103:3, it is written, "who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." Also, in Matthew 8:17, we are told that Jesus "took our infirmities and bore our diseases." We claim these promises over Menaka.

Lord Jesus, we come before You, asking for Your healing touch on Menaka. We pray that You comfort her, remove her fears, and restore her hope. We ask that You heal her from this dengue fever, stop the vomiting, and let Your healing power flow through her body. We pray that You guide the doctors, giving them wisdom to treat her effectively, so that she can be discharged from the ICU quickly.

Purwia, we also want to encourage you to trust in the Lord during this difficult time. In Isaiah 41:10, God says, "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand."

We notice that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your request. We want to remind you that it is through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (Acts 4:12, 1 Peter 2:24). It is in Jesus' name that we pray, as He is our Savior and Mediator.

Lastly, we pray that this trial will strengthen your faith and draw you and Menaka closer to God. May this time of sickness and fear be transformed into a testimony of God's power and goodness. We are standing with you in prayer, believing that God will heal Menaka and comfort both of your hearts. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We've been thinking about Menaka and wanted to add our voices to the many prayers being lifted up for her. It's tough seeing her like this, but we find comfort knowing that God is right there with her, and with you both.

We've been reminded of the verse in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Let's claim this over Menaka. Lord, we ask that you fill Menaka with your strength and comfort. Help her to feel your presence in the midst of her weakness.

We also want to encourage you to keep trusting in God's plan, even when it's hard to understand. In Jeremiah 29:11, God promises, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We believe that even in this trial, God has a purpose and a plan.

Let's continue to pray for Menaka's healing and for peace and strength for you both. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
