Prayer for discernment to find a good tenant

Trust God will lead and guide me to find a tenant who will be the perfect fit for my apartment. Someone who can afford the rent, who is clean, neat, and responsible, free of drug and alcohol addiction, has respectable friends and family members, respects and appreciates where they live and wants to stay and make the apartment there home for many years. Pray for someone who gets long well with other tenants, and someone who has a positive God filled spirit. Help us both to be a blessing to one another. This I pray and ask for in God's name. Thank you!

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will and guidance for Linda Peace. Lord, You know the perfect tenant for Linda's apartment. We ask that You lead and guide her to find someone who is responsible, clean, and neat, free from addictions, and who has respectable friends and family. May this person be someone who appreciates and respects their home and desires to live there harmoniously for many years.

We pray for a tenant who gets along well with others and has a positive, God-filled spirit. Lord, let this be a blessing not only for Linda but also for the incoming tenant. May they both be a source of encouragement and support for one another, reflecting Your love and kindness.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

As you continue your search, remain steadfast in prayer and trust that God will direct your steps. "Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God" (Philippians 4:6, WEB).
