We join you in your plea for deliverance, calling upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
We stand with you against the evil treatment and suffering you have endured, and we rebuke the enemy and his schemes against you. Remember the words of the Lord in Matthew 5:44 WEB, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,". This is not to approve of their actions, but to show the love and grace of God, which is not returned void.
We pray that the Lord will not grant the wishes of your enemies against you, but that He will turn their evil plans for good, just as He did with Joseph in Genesis 50:20 WEB, "As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save many people alive."
We agree with you that your circumstances will change for the better, and that the petitions of your lips will be granted, so that you may have a testimony to the glory of God's name. We pray that the Lord will strengthen you and give you the grace to endure until that time. Remember the words of Paul in Philippians 4:13 WEB, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
Lastly, we pray that the Lord's will be done in your life. If it is His will for you to come home, then we agree with you and ask that He grant you a peaceful transition. But if it is His will for you to remain, then we pray that He will continue to strengthen and encourage you.
Let us pray.
Father God, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in their time of need. Lord, we ask that you would deliver them from the evil they have endured, and that you would turn the plans of their enemies for good. We ask that you would change their circumstances for the better, and grant the petitions of their lips, so that they may have a testimony to the glory of your name. We ask that you would strengthen them and give them the grace to endure until that time. But ultimately Lord, we ask that your will be done in their life. If it is your will for them to come home, then we ask that you would grant them a peaceful transition. But if it is your will for them to remain, then we pray that you would continue to strengthen and encourage them. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
