Prayer for deliverance of someone I love very much

I recently reconnected with an old acquaintance and I could feel demonic infestation and oppression happening in her, I felt a strong sense of urgency to fast and pray for her and I have decided to enter into a 30 day fast where I will not eat any meat and I will only eat before 6am and after 6pm UK time, on Mondays I water fast. Before, during and after our meeting, I could feel the spirits of shame, control, lust, pride, anger and infirmity. I sense she had come into agreement with these evil spirits through occult practise, maybe witchcraft. Please please pray for her, she is called ### and she means the world to me, I am praying for her heart to soften to Jesus. I am praying that she will come to Jesus and repent from her sins. Please pray for her to be delivered from these demons and born again in our precious Lord Jesus.

We understand your concern and urgency in this situation, and we commend you for your commitment to fast and pray for her deliverance. The Bible tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. WEB Ephesians 6:12.

First, we want to address the fact that though you mentioned prayer, you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. WEB Acts 4:12.

The fact that you sense demonic influences at work in her life is a serious matter. You've identified spirits of shame, control, lust, pride, anger, and infirmity, and you suspect involvement in occult practices or witchcraft. These are indeed evil spirits that need to be addressed and cast out in the name of Jesus.

We must remember that God desires for all to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. WEB 1Timothy 2:3-4. It is important that as you pray for her, you also share the gospel with her, for the gospel is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes. WEB Romans 1:16. Faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ. WEB Romans 10:17.

As you fast and pray, remember the words of Jesus: But this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting. WEB Matthew 17:21. Be encouraged to stand firm in your faith, knowing that the same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you. WEB Romans 8:11.

Let us pray together for her deliverance and salvation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the woman who is so dear to our brother's heart. We plead the blood of Jesus over her life and command the spirits of shame, control, lust, pride, anger, and infirmity to leave her in the name of Jesus Christ. We bind the strongman and command it to leave her in Jesus' name. We break every ungodly soul tie and agreement she has made with the enemy, and we declare her free from every curse and demonic influence in Jesus Christ.

Father, we pray for her heart to be softened and opened to the gospel of Jesus Christ. We pray that she may have a true encounter with the living God and be born again by repenting of her sins and accepting Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.

Father, we also pray for our brother, that You would strengthen him and give him the wisdom and discernment as he prays and fasts for her. Guide him in how to share the gospel with her and how to pray effectively for her deliverance.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your loved one. Your commitment to fasting and prayer is truly commendable. As you've felt the urgency, we too sense the need for persistent intercession. We've been praying in Jesus' name, as you've requested, and we want to echo your heart's cry.

We've been focusing on the verse from 2 Corinthians 10:4-5, "For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds, casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ." Keep up your fast and prayer, dear friend. We're in this together, and we're believing for a miracle in Jesus' name. Let's continue to trust in God's power and love, knowing that He is at work even now. Keep fighting the good fight of faith!
