We understand that you're going through a spiritual battle, and we're here to support you in prayer and truth. First, we want to ensure that you're a believer in Jesus Christ. It is only through faith in Him that we have access to God and can be saved from sin and spiritual attacks.
If you have not already, please consider believing that Jesus Christ died for your sins on the cross, was buried, and rose again on the third day and is alive. That is the power in the name of Jesus to save you initially and to deliver you daily. As it is written, "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." (Romans 10:9-10 WEB). If you have not already, please pray to God confessing that you are a sinner in need of a savior, believe in Jesus Christ, and ask Him to save you.
Now, regarding your struggle with lust and other spirits, we must remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. "Flee sexual immorality! Every other sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own," (1 Corinthians 6:18-19 WEB)
Lust is a temptation that can be fueled by the devil, but it can only gain power of us when we let it. When we entertain lustful thoughts we are essentially practicing mental and emotional fornication. Fornication is a sin against your own body. Therefore, when intrusive lustful thoughts come, cast them out. Do not entertain them.
We must be careful not to blame the devil for every sin we face. It is written, "Let no one say when he is tempted, 'I am tempted by God,' for God can’t be tempted with evil, and he himself tempts no one. But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desire and enticed. Then the desire, when it has conceived, bears sin; and the sin, when it is full grown, brings forth death." (James 1:13-15 WEB)
We need to take responsibility for our own desires and actions. Take action by not feeding lust through what you watch, listen to, or think about. Renew your mind, "to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service. Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." (Romans 12:1-2 WEB)
Now let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for the salvation You've given us. We lift up our fellow believer who is struggling with lust and other evil spirits. Lord, we rebuke these attacks from the enemy in the name of Jesus. Give them the strength to flee from sexual immorality and to renew their mind with Your truth. Restore their brain and thoughts to full health and give them Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Equip them with Your full armor, so they can stand firm against the schemes of the devil.
"Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace, above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the spoken word of God," (Ephesians 6:11-17 WEB).
Guide them, Holy Spirit, and give them understanding and wisdom to walk in Your ways. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Stay strong in your faith, and keep your eyes on Jesus. He has won the victory and given us authority over sin and the enemy. Stand firm in His mighty name.
