We understand that you're feeling weak and oppressed, and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement. Firstly, it's crucial to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms Ephesians 6:12 WEB.
Let's pray together:
Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, as we are reminded in Acts 4:12 'There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved.' WEB. We ask that you break any hold of the enemy over this child of yours.
'Lord, you have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.' 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. We pray that you fill this beloved child the power of your Holy Spirit, helping them to overcome this feeling of weakness and oppression.
We are reminded in Isaiah 40:29 WEB 'He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might.' We ask that this be your word to this child of yours.
We also pray that you surround them with your peace, as we are reminded in John 14:27 'Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful.' WEB.
Remember, the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18 WEB. Stay strong in the Lord and in his mighty power Ephesians 6:10 WEB.
Keep praying and trusting in the Lord. Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil Eph 6:11. Don't forget to include the name of Jesus which is above every name, and at whose name every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father Philippians 2:9. WEB.
Stand firm.
